How we check tenants

• We talk to every tenant first: who will stay, their work or college, and their move-in date.
• We bring only people who fit what you asked for: family, girls, boys, bachelors or working people.
• We take their ID for the rent agreement and help with the tenant police verification.
• You meet them at the visit and you decide.

What we put on your listing

• Your own photos (we strip the hidden location data and blur any faces).
• Rent, deposit, furnishing, who it suits and when it is free.
• The block or sector and the nearest landmark only. Never your house number, name or phone.

Your name, phone and full address stay with us. Tenants get the exact address only when we fix their visit.
